the breakfast had a great buffet style and good choices were available. i booked full-board as i was on budget and the breakfast, lunch and dinner choices were excellent. it was the same menu for lunch and dinner.. but plenty of choices were available and i did not need to eat the same meal twice. lovely rooms existed and they were very clean.
i was not told in advance that the swimming pool was under maintenance and had no water in it. i found out when i went out to the terrace with my towels. i booked this hotel because it had a pool open from march. i was very surprised that for such an expensive hotel, no free water was provided.

the breakfast had a very large selection of food. i especially liked the coffee. the room i had was large. the gym had sufficient equipment for a basic workout.
Some of the staff seemed unhelpful with inquiries. check-in did not go smoothly, and the reception experience felt indifferent. We were given a room that was already occupied. also, i thought no free water was a bit unusual for a hotel of this price.

the room was big. acoustic isolation was superior
i had requested vegan breakfast via email. it was confirmed, but the first day, they supplied non-vegan items. they apologized and said they would refund the first day. they have not done this yet. the way the breakfast tables are laid out is horrendous and very close together.
